JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-02-2018 In this case, the petitioner is praying for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for not complying the order of this Court dated 16.2.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3035 of 2013.

A show-cause has been filed brining on record the order dated 9.4.2016.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties has pointed out that in pursuance of the direction given by this Court, the order dated 9.4.2016 has been passed. In the contempt proceeding, there is limited scope as the Court has only directed for disposal of the case of the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved of the aforesaid order dated 9.4.2016, he is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum/authority/court.
