The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhawanipur (Balia) P.S. Case No.103 of 2020 (Sessions Trial No.145 of 2020) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of learned 8th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Purnea.

After some arguments, being faced with the statement of his son during investigation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the deposition of the son is recorded at the trial, petitioner would be renewing his prayer for bail. With liberty as aforesaid, petition is disposed of.
