1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 308/34 of the I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 1 has antecedent of five cases but then he was

No.63750 of 2025(2) dt.22-09-2025 2/3 acquitted in all the cases and petitioner No. 2 is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that the petitioners assaulted her daughter and when informant intervened she was also assaulted and the accused snatched her chain.
4. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that there is land dispute in between the husband of the informant and the petitioner no. 1. It is further submitted that informant and the petitioner no. 1 are agnate. It is also submitted that on account of dispute relating to land, an altercation took place in which both side assaulted each other and even the injury suffered is simple in nature.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with
