=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-05-2017 From the show-cause filed by the respondents it is seen that the claim of the petitioners has been considered and finding them not qualified, they are refused appointment. As far as Petitioner No. 1 Manoj Kumar Rai is concerned, it is said that he belongs to the General Category and secured 12 marks, whereas the last candidate appointed had secured 14 marks. Petitioner No. 2 Saheb Ram is found

Patna High Court MJC No.4550 of 2014 dt.24-05-2017 2/2 to have been absent and his Roll Number has not been found traceable.

In view of the above, the respondents contend that no action is required to be taken and they have filed documents Annexures-A,B and C in support of the aforesaid contention. The show-cause has been filed on 14.04.2017 and there is no rebuttal to the same.

Keeping in view the show-cause filed, no further action is required to be taken in the matter. In case the petitioners have any grievance still subsisting with regard to the manner in which the consideration is made and their claim decided, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to assail the same afresh in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioners, the contempt application stands disposed of.
