JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nayaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 155 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section-307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
There is specific allegation against this petitioner of assaulting the informant with hammer on his head. The injury report is annexed with this petition as Annexure-3 to this petition and the doctor found the injury on the left fore-arm and also lacerated wound on parital region.
Although the injuries so caused are simple in nature but this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10672 of 2017 (3) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail and, if the petitioner does so, the concerned court below will pass order on his regular bail application on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
