The learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the opposite party no. 2 has a physically handicapped son and on that reason, it is very difficult for her to come Patna to participate in the court proceeding.

In such view of the matter, both the parties are directed to appear before the concerned Presiding Officer on 23.03.2020 and as per the statement of the parties that they are ready to live together peacefully, the Presiding Officer will make an effort to resolve the dispute between the parties. In the meantime, the interim relief granted to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58306 of 2019(6) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 petitioner vide order dated 16.09.2019 will continue to operate. If opposite party no.2 would not want to live with her husband and the petitioner keeps O.P. No.2 in good manner, in such circumstance, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner will be deemed to have been confirmed.
