JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice. However, call for report of status of the case. It has been reported that out of nine witnesses, four witnesses have been examined and the next date is fixed on 04.03.2016. Hence, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial by using coercive steps against the witnesses by issuing processes through the S.P., Muzaffarpur.

Further the S.P., Muzaffarpur, is directed to take coercive steps to ensure attendance of the witnesses and respected the processes for immediate compliance for early disposal of the case within four months.

Let the order be sent through FAX at the cost of the petitioner.
