Regard being had to the contents of the very rejection order especially the fact that prior to the lodging of the present report vide Bahera P.S.Case No.467 of 2013, the father of the victim had also lodged a case in respect of the same incident vide Bahera P.S.Case No.270 of 2013 in which the victim had stated that she had never been kidnapped by any one, let the above named two petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.3,000/-(three thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Benipur, Darbhanga in Bahera P.S.Case No.467 of 2013.
