JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Palasi P.S. Case No. 206 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against the petitioner of throwing hot water on abdomen of the informant due to which the informant received burn injury.
Case diary along with the injury report has been received. The doctor has found deep burn of anterior abdominal wall with different size of blisters caused by hard warm water which was grievous in nature.
In such circumstances, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9601 of 2017 (3) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be disposed off by the court below on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
