JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN) 26-02-2018 Heard the petitioner Mr. Birendra Bharti, who is present before this Court in person and learned counsel for the State. It is stated that the son of the petitioner, namely, Vivek Kumar Bharti has already been produced before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with the Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.46 of 2018 and he has already been granted bail and released. All the documents which have been produced today by the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra and the Officer-in-Charge, Bhagwan Bazar Police Station be kept in record.

Mr. Birendra Bharti, petitioner, who is present before this Court in person, states that he does not have to say anything as his

In such a situation, this writ application has now become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is disposed of. The personal appearance of the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra and Officer-in-Charge of Bhagwan Bazar Police Station is dispensed with.
