JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 31.03.2016 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 5600 of 2016, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 07.08.2015, the marriage was solemnized in the temple without any dowry and, as such, the allegation for demanding bed and T.V. etc. is apparently false, there is no witness of actual killing, the trial has not been concluded within nine months and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.

Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that against the petitioner there is serious allegation.

No.10115 of 2017 (4) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of the bail, again prayer of the bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is again directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within four months.
