2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 339 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 376, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner has committed rape upon the victim girl on the promise of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2023. He further submits that petitioner and the victim girl were having an love affair and

5. Learned counsel for the informant submits that now the petitioner and the victim girl have got married.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special judge, POCSO-I, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 339 of 2022.
