2. The petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2015 in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 98 of 2015 (S. Tr. No. 252/2016) for the offences alleged under Sections 302 and 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and other accused persons have been granted bail.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged and considering that petitioner is the husband of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
