Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 337, 354, 325, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that informant received a call from the co-accused Chunnu Sharma. Subsequently, Chunnu Sharma and others came and requested to co-operate in killing one Munna Sharma, but on refusal they gave life threatening to the informant. Subsequently, accused persons and 50-100 unknown persons came to the house of the informant and they asked to open the gate as they were enquiring about Chunnu Sharma. Subsequently they dragged the informant and Munna Sharma assaulted him and stripped

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that informant is lady of dubious character. The informant had some illicit relation with the veteran criminal Munna Sharma, who was accused in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 297 of 2014.
Considering the nature of accusation against the mob, let it is a case for consideration of the prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 300 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
