JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Madhuban P.S.Case No. 351 of 2015, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Motihari stands rejected on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 17.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11830 of 2016. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the trial court itself.
