The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, stolen motorcycle of the petitioner was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 8.8.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named
