The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. 2340/(C)/12, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner and his father demanded money from the complainant for providing job. On such, the complainant is said to have given Rs. 2 lacs. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sangita Rani, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2340(C)/12.
