The petitioner seeks bail in Ekangarsrai P.S. Case No. 10 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/25/35 of Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27399 of 2016 but petitioner is in jail custody since 09.02.2016 and investigation against him has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11829 of 2017 (3) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No 10/16, G.R. No.63/16.
