The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2022 in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 169 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner No. 1 is the wife of the deceased and the Petitioner No. 2 is the father-in-law of the deceased. It is also submitted that the deceased died due to Corona but the false case was registered against the wife and her entire family. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of
