JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-12-2018 Having regard to the fact that University has not made appointment up to roster point 33, the grievance of the petitioner that the respondents have not considered the case in physically challenged category is misconceived as one post in physically challenged category horizontally available, if the respondent University makes appointment up to roster point 33.

Since the appointment has been made only against 20 posts, submission of the petitioner for consideration of his case in physically challenged category is totally misconceived, the writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
