The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have submitted forged certificate of experience of Gramin Vikas Evam Samaj Kalyan Samiti and Navchetna Vikas Kendra. On verification both the certificates were found forged.
It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and at best the petitioner made an attempt to get job on the basis of experience certificate.
It appears that the petitioner has submitted forged certificate to get job of hospital manager, hence I am not inclined
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49074 of 2014 (6) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail, his prayer shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
