Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No.61 of 2018 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner fraudulently got a power of attorney from Shambhu Singh and Jagdish Singh by impersonating them and executed sale deed with regard to the land of Shambhu Singh and Jagdish Singh in favour of Mahendra Singh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Shambhu Singh and Jagdish Singh executed power of attorney in favour of the petitioner and only then the petitioner executed the sale deed in favour of Mahendra Singh with regard to the land of Shambhu Singh and Jagdish Singh. Shambhu Singh put

Considering the facts that the petitioner asserts that Shambhu Singh and Jagdish Singh executed the power of attorney in his favour and only then he executed the sale deed with regard to the land of the informant, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No.61 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) S.KUMAR/- U T
