Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased. The marriage of deceased had taken place with the petitioner six years ago. There is allegation of illegal demand as well as torturing against the petitioner and others. Moreover, dead body of the deceased was disposed of in a very hurried manner.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 217/2016 arising out of Karakat P.S. Case no. 155/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge VII, Rohtas at Sasaram stands rejected, at least, at this stage. However, it is made
