Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 107 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and is a person with clean antecedent and allegation is of recovery of 990.300 litres of foreign liquor from a Pick-Up Van and petitioner and Nitish Kumar were arrested. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted and is a person with clean antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Banka in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 107 of 2021.
