JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 337, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that accused persons including the petitioners pelted bricks and stones as a result the son of the informant received injuries who subsequently succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is not specific. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Moreover, other similarly situated accused persons have been

This Court finds no reason for the learned court below not to give the same privilege to the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Mufassil P.S.
