Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 168 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case due to inimical term. The fact is that due to theft in the house of the petitioner by the informant and her family members, fight took place in which both sides injured for which there is case and counter case vide Annexures 2, 3, 3/1 and 4 to the bail application. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or

No.10922 of 2017 (3) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 168 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
