The petitioner is accused in connection with Raxual P.S. Case No. 311 of 2016, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 21 bottles, each containing 180 ML, of India made foreign liquor and 6 bottles, each containing 180 ML, Nepali wine, from the dickey of the motorcycle, which was being driven by this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2016. No.10522 of 2017 (3) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Raxual, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 311 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
