2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 04.08.2023 passed by learned Munsif, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Title Suit No. 289 of 2005, whereby and whereunder the amendment petition filed on behalf of the petitioner/defendant under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure in written statement has been rejected.

4. From perusal of the impugned order, I do not find any infirmity in the impugned order and it is a speaking order by which the amendment petition of the petitioner/defendant has been rejected.

5. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed being devoid of any merit.
