The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, different sections of the Explosive Substance Act, U.A.P. Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

The petitioner is, of course, named in the F.I.R. but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. On mere suspicion, the name of the petitioner figured in the F.I.R. Similarly situated co-accused Chanarik Ravidas, Chhotu Das, Inderdeo Yadav, Deepak Kumar and others have been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional
