The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323 /324/325/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both the parties have sustained injuries. He further submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the nature of allegations made, let the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be
