The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that this petitioner fired at the informant which did not hit him and thereafter made assault. He also tried to outrage the modesty of the wife of the informant and snatched mangalsutra

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner and the informant are agnates and in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. The informant has not received any gunshot injury. The injury of the informant is simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 13th, Chapra, Saran in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 256 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down
