The petitioners seek reliefs that the respondents be directed to pay the compensation at the market rate with all benefits including the interest as well as 60% soletium for the lands of petitioner nos. 1 and 2.

The respondents filed a counter affidavit that the petitioners have already received the compensation as per the present market value of the land with all benefits including the interest and soletium of Khata No. 144, Plot Nos. 1641, 1678, 1679, 1680 and 1681, acquired for widening of National Highway. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be allowed to file a representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13550 of 2015 (3) dt.22-02-2018 2/2 authority concerned with regard to non-payment of any part of compensation and the authority may dispose of the representation of the petitioner within three weeks.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file representation stating his grievances about non-payment of any part of compensation for the lands acquired for the purposes of widening the road and if such petition is filed, the authority concerned shall dispose of the petition of the petitioner in accordance with law within three months from the date of production of the order.
