Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 307, 341,323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that it is apparent from the allegation made in the first information report itself that it was in-house altercation between the family members in which the informant, i.e., uncle of the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48706 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 received injury due to the assault by the petitioner. Petitioner is stated to be in custody since 27.9.2014.
Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Kamlesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri P. Krishna, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bagha in Semra P.S. Case No. 53/2014.
