It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner was an agent of the concerned company and used to collect the amount from customers and deposit the same with the concerned company. Moreover, co-accused, Ajay Kumar Mandal, who was in-charge of the Bihar Division of the aforesaid company, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs
