JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-08-2016 Heard Sri Rajesh Ranjan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Parmanand Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Three petitioners, who are named as accused in Hisua P.S. Case No.298 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail in the event of their arrest. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. He further submits that during investigation, in the re-statement, the informant has made specific accusation against petitioner no.1, namely, Santosh Yadav.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31894 of 2016 (2) dt.29-08-2016 2/2 However, after perusing the F.I.R. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
