The name of petitioner surfaced in confessional statements of co-accused persons and according to prosecution case itself, the looted cash was recovered from the house of coaccused, Benkatesh Prasad. Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.10.2014 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade as yet.
