JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-01-2024 In this case, the petitioner is seeking a direction upon the respondents to provide order dated 29.06.2019 passed by learned Sub Judge-I, Pupari, in Eviction Suit No.03 of 2011 and also to enquire into the records of Eviction Suit No.03 of 2011 so that it may be traced out.

The District Judge, Sitamarhi is directed to reconstruct the records of Eviction Suit No.03 of 2011 and thereafter take appropriate steps for disposal of the aforesaid Eviction Suit.

The records must be constructed within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The petitioner as well as the tenant will co-operate in the reconstruction of the records of Eviction Suit No.03 of 2011. 4.
