For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ajit Kumar Ojha For the Respondent/s : Mr. Gp14- M.K. Ambastha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 2.

24-05-2017 The widow claims family pension because her late husband had been appointed as a chowkidar on 08.04.1988 by virtue of sanad dated 08.04.1988 issued under the signature of Sub-Divisional Officer, Katihar. Bereft of any controversy, if the husband of the petitioner admittedly superannuated on 30th April, 1996, then, he did not have minimum 10 years of qualifying service to enable him or his wife to demand any kind of pension from the State. The reason, why the authorities have refused to entertain such demand or request, is obvious. The writ application has no merit, and is, accordingly, dismissed.
