Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that this petitioner used to torture and assault his wife and further that he used to steal the house hold articles and sell it and also usually sells the land to other person.
It is submitted that the allegation of making demand of dowry is fabricated. This petitioner has been in custody in this case since 16.04.2016. Now during the period of custody, the wife of the petitioner died and for that a case under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code was instituted and in the said case he has been

Since the petitioner has been granted bail in a case lodged under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code and having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Teju @ Mithilesh Yadav @ Mithilesh Kumar @ Teju Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Tekari P.S.
