The petitioners seek bail in a case under different Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have entered in the court premises after recovery of the victim and made hue and cry. They tried to enter into the Chambers of the learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners have already remained in jail for two and half months, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
