JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 The matter has been taken up out of turn on the ground of marriage of sister of the petitioner which is fixed for 25.02.2015, a supplementary affidavit to that effect has been filed annexing the marriage card.

Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of committing theft in the grocery shop of the informant. On confession of brother of the petitioner theft articles were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that at the relevant time the petitioner

Considering the fact that stolen articles have been recovered from the house of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner but since the father of the petitioner is also in custody and marriage of sister of the petitioner is fixed for 25.02.2015, let no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran.

Thereafter the petitioner will surrender and pray for regular bail.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
