1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case no. 289 of 2023 registered under sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on a raid being conducted several stolen motorcycles were recovered from the possession of different accused persons including the petitioner herein. On the informant asking the petitioner to produce documents for the said motorcycle, no document was produced. 4.It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation as levelled in the F.I.R. are false and concocted. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.7.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State who submits that from perusal of the FIR together with the seizure list it transpires that the accused persons operate as a gang and several stolen motorcycles were recovered from the place of the occurrence.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against this petitioner in the FIR and especially the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case no. 289 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
