2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 414, 413, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection Kudra P.S.Case No. 182 of 2024.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner was arrested with a stolen vehicle.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and the entire allegation is false and fabricated and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. He is in custody since 31.05.2024.

5. It appears that the petitioner has nine criminal
