2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have demanded rangdari and on refusal, took away pick-up van of the informant.
4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, pick-up van of the informant dashed the motorbike of petitioner for which some hot talk took place between the parties, taking advantage of the situation, this false and concocted case has been lodged by the informant.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 123 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
