The petitioner, Ramesh Sahni @ Ramesh Kumar Sahni @ Dedha, seeks regular bail in Nayagaon P.S. Case No.82 of 2000, registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail, the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 05.07.2006 due his non-appearance. Petitioner was arrested on 13.08.2014. Petitioner has remained in jail for five months for misuse of privilege of bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st
