The statement of the victim was recorded u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. in which, she made allegation of kidnapping and rape against some other persons and she, specifically, stated that petitioner had no hands in her kidnapping and rape. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nath Nagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
