JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370/374 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 26 of the Juvenile Justice Act, Section 17 of The Bonded Labour System(Abolition) Act, 1976 and Section 3(1)(vi) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Four minors were apprehended from the railway platform of Rajendra Nagar Terminal. The apprehended children suggested the name of the petitioner as a person who was taking them for getting employment in the factory at Mumbai.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39326 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 340 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna. Accordingly the application is disposed of.
