Accordingly, the order dated 10.05.2018 is modified to the extent that it should be read as "to calculate the pensionary benefit of the petitioner treating him as Professor and count his last month salary before superannuation' in place of 'to calculate the pensionary benefit of the petitioner treating him as Profession and counting the average 10 months salary before his superannuation'.
