The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366A/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim had gone with the petitioner to attend call of nature but she did not return. The informant came to know that the petitioner and other accused persons kidnapped her for the purpose of marriage. The victim was recovered and she made her statement under section 164 of the Cr. P.C. in which she stated that Sunita Devi and Neetu Kumari forcibly took her in a Bolero jeep in which Raj Kishore Sharma, Ranjay Sharma, Ram Kumar Sharma, Abhay and others were there and they were pressurizing her to marry with Chunnu. The marriage was also solemnized. It is submitted that petitioner is no manner concerned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39234 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 with Chunnu. The petitioner is a lady and she is in jail since 23.04.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Maker P.S.
