ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody along with her baby child since 31.07.2019 in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on suspicion that her husband was selling liquor, she was taken into custody and since then she is languishing in jail and is having no such criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has clean antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
